Diese Frage stellte sich auch ein anderer deutscher User und stellte diese auch im Blog, worauf er dann die Antwort erhielt:

Auf eine spätere Anfrage, in dem ein anderer User behauptete, dass dies nur eine andere Ausrede sei folgte eine weitere Antwort:

I don’t believe it’s to do with a legal issue having gamers test Beta Trials in Germany, I believe it has more to do with ‘competition’ rules (something that will be familiar to people from the UK after high-profile incidents in the news in recent years). I’m afraid I don’t know enough about it all to comment further, I am just relaying what was told to me.

Jawoll! Und wieder mal, obwohl es sowas wie Altersspezifikations Angaben gibt, dürfen wir wieder mal nicht mitmachen. Kein Wunder das Sony keine Lust hat, hier solche Aktionen zu veranstalten, wenn das hier so kompliziert läuft.

Aber für was habe ich denn eine Kreditkarte angemeldet, die erst ab 18 ist? War diese nicht mal als Altersverifizierung geplant? Wurden nicht deswegen PrePaid-Kreditkarten gesperrt?
Ich versteh's einfach nicht... was haltet ihr davon?
